APBF Staff September 19, 2016

Submissions for The Glenna Luschei Prize for African Poetry will close October 1st, which means it’s not too late to turn in your entry form and manuscript.

The Glenna Luschei Prize is awarded annually to a book published in the previous calendar year by an African poet, and was established to promote African poetry written in English or in translation and to recognize a significant book published each year by an African poet. The author receives an award of USD $5,000. For information regarding eligibility, where to send, and other requirements click here: https://africanpoetrybf.unl.edu/?page_id=2058#glenna

Interested? Take a look at last year’s winner, Kobus Moolman for his collection A Book of Rooms.
